Sotomayer - Constitution?

According to Judge Sotomayor, if your state or city bans all guns the way Washington, D.C. did, that’s okay under the Constitution.

She is one of only three federal appellate judges in America to issue a court opinion saying that the Second Amendment does not apply to states.

Scary stuff coming from someone who has stated that the courts are "where policy is made."

Getting  a little creative with our checks and balances aren't we now?

  1. And let me just say this before someone chimes in and gives a retarded Fourteenth Amendment Incorporation clause justification for nullifying the Bill of Right...

    Save it.

That is a very creative and dangerous misinterpretation of the 14th Amendment.

  2. CNN's headline right now is saying that Republicans can't oppose her or they will lose the hispanic vote.

Everything is about race lately. Being against a radical liberal president means you hate blacks, and being against this judge means you hate hispanics. Democrats are good at playing the race card.
