Health care is is literally 'retard'

The bill refers to: "A hospital or a nursing facility or intermediate-care facility for the mentally retarded . . ."

Do we need any further evidence that NO ONE has read Barack Obama's health care bill? It actually refers to the "MENTALLY RETARDED". That term hasn't been used in 30 years and is universally regarded as offensive.

Let's not forget that back in March Obama compared his bowling skills to the Special Olympics. What's this guy got against 'rah-tards'??
