Kia comes to Georgia

From CNN:

A roadside sign in West Point, Georgia, expresses support for Kia's new factory.

2 things to note:

  1. Town hits economic jackpot to become 'Kia-ville' - I love how they call it a "jack pot", as if it just happened by chance. I suppose it has nothing to do with labor laws, tax policy, tax incentive, real-estate costs.... oh yeah, it was a "jack pot" that we "hit". Come on CNN, give Georgia a little credit here.
  2. No mention of Obama - Can some one tell me why $800billion dollars in Obama-stimulus was not needed to create 20,000 jobs??
