RNC chair Michael Steele chastises Obama indoctrination video

"I'm so outraged and stunned by its content...see the indoctrination of our nation's greatest treasure -- our children. In the video, impressionable youngsters at a public school in New Jersey, most of whom are no more than six or seven years old, have been instructed to sing the praises of 'Barack Hussein Obama.' One song is even set to the tune of The Battle Hymn of the Republic. This is the type of propaganda you would see in Stalin's Russia or Kim Jong Il's North Korea. I never thought the day would come when I'd see it here in America."

Is this going too far? Decide for yourself.

  1. I KNOW, it's awful, isn't it?? We should totally save the indoctrinating for when these kids are old enough to enlist and get shipped off to some wretched piece of dirt to get shot at in name of the latest neocon wet dream.

  2. Is Michael Steele allowed to chastise Obama?

    He is black after all.

What does Carter and Mondale and Nancy and Harry have to say about that?

Seriously, can the HEAD OF THE OPPOSITION criticize the president for being an EGOMANIAC?

Funny how we can't sing Christmas carols in school... but Battle Hymns? Thats cool. His troops are marching on!!

fyi, there is a second video out there where these kids are singing these lyrics to the Battle Hymn of the Republic:
Hello, Mr. President we honor you today!
For all your great accomplishments, we all doth say "hooray!"

Hooray, Mr. President! You're number one!
The first black American to lead this great nation!

Hooray, Mr. President we honor your great plans
To make this country's economy number one again!

Hooray Mr. President, we're really proud of you!
And we stand for all Americans under the great Red, White, and Blue!

So continue ---- Mr. President we know you'll do the trick
    So here's a hearty hip-hooray ----

    Hip, hip hooray!
    Hip, hip hooray!
    Hip, hip hooray!

  3. Michael Steel is an uncle tom. Leave the children alone. They were singing a joyous song unto me.

  4. Enlist being the key word Jimmy. Enlist, as in volunteer.

These children on the other hand are in a public school system and are not soldiers. I don't think they or their parents were given an option. This is the dictionary definition of indoctrination.

I wonder if these kids sang the pledge of allegiance too? Or were they only pledging their allegiance to Barack Hussein Obama mmm mmm mmm
