Sweet Marxist Posters

7 comments:

  1. Is Obama a Socialist or do his supporters think he is a Socialist? ... or do his supports have no clue who Che Guevara was only that he made cool t-shirts and posters? Kind of like Calvin Klein and Armani Exchange, but with assassinations and executions.

Ironically, his face is one of the World's most universally merchandized images.

    Ironic like this:
    "Above the McDonald's... doh!"

  2. My neighbor is a big Obamanation supporter. He went to the rallies in town.

I also saw him wearing a Che shirt a couple weeks ago.

    Very douchey.

  3. That just means he shops at Urban Outfitters.

Besides, Che isn't only about Marxism. He wanted to improve the lives of South Americans; he wanted to make a difference. I think that is more what people like about him, and less the actual political (or militaristic) approach he took.

  4. Koj... I totally understand what you are saying and on a basic level I agree with you.

But the first thing your post made me think of was: Hitler wanted to improve the lives of Germans; he wanted to make a difference. I think that is more what neo-Nazi's like about him, and less the actual political (or militaristic) approach he took. haha

  6. Hitler DID improve the lives of Germans, and he was Time magazine Man of the Year for it. Maybe you guys should wear Hitler T-shirts.

  7. "I think that is more what neo-Nazi's like about him,"

No, sorry, they like the white-power/Aryan nation bullshit. Now if you were trying to make the point that people shouldn't focus on one side of a political figure and ignore the less desirable aspects, then I would agree.
